If you want to delete Skype messages, here’s how you can do it. Save the file where you want, and it will have all the files and chats you have exchanged on Skype. Refresh the page after some time and you will see a file available for download. You will see a message saying your request is being processed at the top of the same page. Next, check the boxes beside chats and files, and then click on submit a request. To export your chat history, click on the export files and chat history option instead of the export contacts option under settings and preferences in Account details.
